Hailey Norton, 19 years old, was murdered Dec. 2021. She was the root of why my late daughter Katrina Martin, and I, Valerie started this organization.
Hailey was a very caring and unselfish young woman who wanted to join the military, she was an athlete who gave her all and cared for everyone around her.
